Effective October 7, 2026. This website is a bond quote resource operated for Hancy's Insurance Agency (HIA).

Information you provide

The quote form collects business information, contact details, authority numbers if provided, bond needs, dates, experience, claim history, and optional notes. The request also includes the page URL and submission time. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank details, credit card information, or identity documents.

How requests are used

Information is used to respond to your request, assess the next steps for a quote, and communicate about your bond needs. Requests may be delivered to HIA's email and CRM services. Relevant information may be shared with prospective surety providers to obtain terms; additional authorization or information may be required.

Security and retention

Requests may be retained in private server records and HIA's business systems for follow-up, recordkeeping, and compliance. Access should be limited to authorized personnel. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact HIA with retention, correction, or deletion requests; legal or business obligations may limit deletion.

Contact preferences

The form requests contact by phone or email about your quote. It does not authorize automated marketing calls or texts. Contact HIA to change your preferences. Marketing consent, if requested later, is handled separately.

Website data and links

This version does not include advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Hosting services may process technical request information, including IP addresses, for operation and abuse prevention. Quote records include the submitted page URL. External websites have their own privacy notices.
