2. Private server-side storage, audit logs, retention rules, and secure documents.
3. CRM delivery and tested notification workflows.
4. Verified carrier or intermediary submission arrangements.
5. Approved permit-service providers, if those services will be offered.
6. Payment, accounting, and e-signature systems where needed.

Test before opening registration

Validate one agent application and one complete trucking submission end to end, including permissions, delivery, documents, error handling, and follow-up. Do not store real records in the public demo.
